The project focuses on the refurbishment of the Annex of Sala dos Veados and the First Aid Room, transforming them into the new entrance to the visitor circuit of Palácio da Pena. The proposal retains the existing spatial layout and, by using cladding materials and the incorporation of supporting structures, creates a welcoming and functional space for visitors and staff, serving as a place for reception, rest and information. The new entrance relates to the sophisticated atmosphere of the palace and presents itself as a space with a contemporary character.
