“ Our experience with José Adrião Arquitetos started with the studio’s enthusiasm on accepting the challenge of constructing a workplace out of an empty warehouse that included our offices, production of road signs, goods storage and a area for meals.

Communication was simple and ongoing; the work was monitored from the beginning until its conclusion.

The water, electricity, AVAC, communication and alarm infrastructure works were constructed and were perfectly integrated without any design change.

The visual impact couldn’t have been better and can be seen by those who visit us. The project is quite interesting and appealing, the facade was untouched (by imposition of the City Hall), which causes a strong impact where one cannot imagine the profound intervention that the warehouse has underwent. We have received several comments from clients, collaborators and suppliers that even today have congratulated us on the project by the studio José Adrião.

We are therefore quite pleased with the result and we will surely make use of the studio during our next move!”
